This machine places products automatically into the infeed of a flowrapper. It is often known as a slipfeed, multi-belt feeder, smart-belt, smart belt feeder, or in-line feeder. 'There are thousands of second hand used flow wrappers, flowrap packing machines, packaging machines, often known as flow wrappers, flow packers, flow pack packing machines, in current use and many more second hand used packaging machines in indefinite storage. Typically these are from manufacturers such as tisomi tuscan, redpack, record, ulma, pfm, tivopharm, bosch, rose foregrove, ilapak, its-a-wrap, itsawrap, kern, technopack, techno-pack, alexanders, belca, css, tyrrell, tyrel, midasmotion, midas, delfin and many others. An automatic product feeder or loader can be integrated with these machines. This saves one, two or even more staff per shift with obvious savings in labour costs. The feeder/loader can often be installed on-site over a couple of days transforming a labour intensive packing machine into a fully automatic packing line. Compared to a complete new packaging line this represents a huge saving and can has one of the shortest pay-back periods of any significant machine.
